Ofrecemos una garantía de devolución del dinero de 30 días en todos los pedidos. Puedes contactar con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción de los artículos para solicitar un reembolso. NimoModel se compromete a proteger los derechos de cada cliente y a gestionar todas las devoluciones y los cambios con rapidez y profesionalidad.
Para devoluciones o cambios después de 30 días, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente. Trabajaremos contigo para encontrar una solución adecuada.
Nuestro equipo te facilitará la dirección de devolución correcta y las instrucciones necesarias.
Coloca el artículo en su embalaje original y envíalo a la dirección indicada.
Una vez enviado, facilítanos el número de seguimiento.

En cuanto recibamos y procesemos tu devolución, iniciaremos el reembolso de inmediato.
El reembolso se realizará mediante el método de pago original. Los plazos de procesamiento varían según el tipo de pago:

Tarjeta de crédito/débito: 3–7 días laborables
Monederos electrónicos: 2–3 días laborables
Cambios
Los cambios se procesarán en un plazo de 48 horas desde la recepción e inspección de la devolución.
La entrega suele tardar entre 7 y 10 días laborables, según tu dirección.
El artículo de sustitución se enviará a tu dirección original o a la nueva dirección que nos indiques, y te facilitaremos la información de seguimiento.
Condiciones importantes de devolución
No se aceptarán devoluciones ni solicitudes de reembolso que no hayan sido autorizadas.
No utilices como dirección de devolución la dirección del remitente que figura en el paquete, ya que podría afectar al proceso de devolución.
Los artículos deben devolverse en su estado original, incluidos todos los accesorios, regalos y embalajes.
No nos hacemos responsables de los artículos que se pierdan, sufran daños o no se entreguen durante el transporte hasta nuestra dirección de devolución.

Have been on many Ryanair flights on this particular model of aircraft. My grandson loves planes and we liked the idea of getting models of planes we have been on, and hopefully will fly on in the future

I fly for the airline itself on the Boeing fleet but didn't yet had a chance to fly on that particular one yet... but i love the art work on it

Der A320 sieht sehr schön aus, ich bin mega zufrieden, allerdings dachte ich das das Licht an bleibt umd nicht nach ein paar Sekunden wieder aus geht, aber das ist nicht so schlimm.

Absolutely beautiful I'm obsessed high quality product coimg with a free rotating engine key chain I would absolutely recommend I hope they bring other airlines like Etihad, DHL, other Swiss Air models and many more ❤️

After waiting two weeks, it finally arrived today. The plane was well and securely packaged. The model looks very detailed compared to the original. The quality of the model is great, and the paint job is very well done. I'll definitely buy another one.

Love the details and quality. Very detailed engine and wings. The lights give this model a very nice look. And the gear Wheels move which is very cool in my opinion for a very detailed plane. Overall 10/10

It looks really cool. The level of detail is impressive. The only thing I noticed is that the inside of the engines looks a bit like plastic. They might need another coat of glossy clear varnish to give them a more realistic finish. Also, not all of the landing gear appears to be the same length. Overall, though, it’s already a really good job!

Originally bought it for my son... now it somehow belongs to the whole family.
At first, I was a bit sceptical about this purchase the price seemed almost too good to be true. But a couple of weeks after ordering, my Virgin Atlantic 747 arrived, exactly as described and beautifully crafted. No complaints at all, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
I recently purchased the Qantas A380 model, and I’m honestly blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The model looks stunning—from the precise livery to the finely crafted wings, every detail is spot on.
My favourite part is that it rotates smoothly, so I can admire it from all angles. The built-in lights are another highlight, giving it a realistic, premium feel, especially when displayed at night. This model is truly one-of-a-kind in my collection.
The craftsmanship is solid and durable, and it’s clear a lot of care went into making it. Whether you’re an aviation enthusiast or just after a unique collectible, this A380 is definitely worth it. It was also the perfect gift for my pilot boyfriend.

The first thing I did after it arrived was turn the lights off in the room to test the lighting effect. Honestly, it looks even better in person than in the photos.
My younger brother always dreamed of becoming a pilot when he was a kid. Life took him in a different direction, but he never lost that love for aircraft. I gave this to him for his birthday, and when he opened it, he just went quiet for a few seconds and started looking over all the details. That moment was worth everything.
Delivery was very fast, and the packaging arrived intact. The model itself is exquisite and realistic, with detailed cabin, engines, and wings. Highly recommended!
