Le luci LED si attivano per 15–20 secondi. Per accenderle, basta toccare l’aereo. Non restano accese in modo continuo e si spengono automaticamente al termine del tempo previsto.

Damaged order – FIFA World Cup model.
I am writing regarding an order I recently received, as unfortunately the model has arrived with some defects.
The lettering of the “FIFA World Cup” logo/support is blurry and not properly printed. In addition, the aircraft positioned on the upper part of the model are all placed in the same position, which does not appear to match the expected design.
I would like to know how I can return or exchange the item and what solution you can offer for this defective product.
I can provide photographs of the issues and any order details you may need.

It would still be nice if the plane had position lights and beacon lights that light up and flash; it is also really beautiful and fascinates me every time I enter it.

Nice keychain but the sticker looks sadly absolutely cheap and is hard to remove

The LED lights have a short - they do not turn on using the toggle switch near the charger. They only work if you tap the model, and then they do not stay lit. For a long wait this is very disappointing.

Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback. The lighting system is sound-activated and is designed to switch off automatically after a short period rather than remain continuously illuminated. As the model is made from resin, keeping the lights on for extended periods may generate heat and affect the model over time. This feature is designed to protect the model while still allowing you to enjoy its illuminated display.
