Will the model aircraft I receive look exactly like the one shown on the website?
All of our model aircraft photos are taken from real products to accurately showcase every detail.
Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or slight variations in hand-painted finishes, minor colour differences may occur. However, the overall design, structure, and craftsmanship will remain consistent.
Do LED-lit model aircraft require batteries?
No extra batteries are needed.
Our LED model aircraft come with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and support USB charging for convenient use.
Are your model aircraft suitable for collecting or gifting?
Absolutely.
Each model is crafted to collector-grade standards, making it a perfect choice for display, personal collection, or as a thoughtful gift for aviation enthusiasts.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to assist you and ensure your collecting experience remains worry-free.
How long does it take to receive the order confirmation email?
You should receive the confirmation email within a few minutes to an hour. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
Can I add or remove items after placing an order?
Orders cannot be directly modified once submitted. However, you can contact our online support team, and we’ll do our best to help you adjust your order.
