Damaged order – FIFA World Cup model. I am writing regarding an order I recently received, as unfortunately the model has arrived with some defects. The lettering of the “FIFA World Cup” logo/support is blurry and not properly printed. In addition, the aircraft positioned on the upper part of the model are all placed in the same position, which does not appear to match the expected design. I would like to know how I can return or exchange the item and what solution you can offer for this defective product. I can provide photographs of the issues and any order details you may need. The LED lights have a short - they do not turn on using the toggle switch near the charger. They only work if you tap the model, and then they do not stay lit. For a long wait this is very disappointing.

As the model is made from resin, keeping the lights on for extended periods may generate heat and affect the model over time.
