Have been on many Ryanair flights on this particular model of aircraft. My grandson loves planes and we liked the idea of getting models of planes we have been on, and hopefully will fly on in the future

Damaged order – FIFA World Cup model.
I am writing regarding an order I recently received, as unfortunately the model has arrived with some defects.
The lettering of the “FIFA World Cup” logo/support is blurry and not properly printed. In addition, the aircraft positioned on the upper part of the model are all placed in the same position, which does not appear to match the expected design.
I would like to know how I can return or exchange the item and what solution you can offer for this defective product.
I can provide photographs of the issues and any order details you may need.
Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to hearing from you.
This is my first ever airplane model and I am so pleased with this model! I love the quality of the plane, how quickly it delivered and of course the LED lighting. In my opinion a 10/10 model, definitely buying from here again. 🔥🔥

We’re really happy to hear that your first aircraft model experience was such a great one, and that you enjoyed the build quality, realistic details, and LED lighting. Knowing that you’ve actually flown on this aircraft makes it even more special!
Thank you for choosing NimoModel, and we hope this is the first of many models in your collection.
Excellent work my son and me loving it. He'd order all the models. Quality is top. What I would do is out of 2 mounting holes on the bottom I make one more threaded for various mounting. This biggie heavy on the front can handle another angle.
Great work, fast delivery, good packaging. Thank you very much!
Store owner replied:
Thank you so much, Zoltan, for such a thoughtful review! 😊

Overall, with respect to build design and quality i have no complain.

I like the size, its bigger than the 1:200 scale but not too big. Which makes the details pop out.

Thank you so much, Chad! ✈️ We’re really glad you like the 1:157 scale. It’s a great balance — large enough to bring out the details, but still compact enough for an easy display. Enjoy your Emirates 777-300ER!

It looks really cool. The level of detail is impressive. The only thing I noticed is that the inside of the engines looks a bit like plastic. They might need another coat of glossy clear varnish to give them a more realistic finish. Also, not all of the landing gear appears to be the same length. Overall, though, it’s already a really good job!
Store owner replied:
Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback! We’re delighted that you’re impressed with the model’s overall appearance and level of detail. We truly appreciate your suggestions regarding the engine interior, glossy finish, and landing gear length, and we’ll pass them along to our product team for future improvements. Thank you again for your support, and we hope you enjoy displaying your A380 Flying Honu! ✈️
Originally bought it for my son... now it somehow belongs to the whole family.
At first, I was a bit sceptical about this purchase the price seemed almost too good to be true. But a couple of weeks after ordering, my Virgin Atlantic 747 arrived, exactly as described and beautifully crafted. No complaints at all, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future.
